Refund & Billing Policy (Settlebeam, LLC)

This Billing & Refund Policy explains how fees are charged, collected, and refunded for Settlebeam’s Services.
1. Billing Structure
Base SaaS Fee: Charged monthly or annually, according to your subscription tier (Starter, Growth, Scale, Enterprise).
Success Fees: Applied only to dollars collected after due date and attributed to Settlebeam activity, subject to floors and caps as outlined in the Pricing section.
Add-ons: (e.g., AI Voice Outreach, Instant Pay Rails, Advanced Analytics) are billed monthly.
2. Free Trial & Pilot Guarantee
New customers receive a 30-day pilot.
If Settlebeam fails to reduce DSO by ≥7 days or recover ≥20% of touched past-due invoices, you pay $0 (no base fee, no success fee).
3. Refunds
Base SaaS Fees: Non-refundable once charged, except under the pilot guarantee.
Success Fees: Non-refundable after reconciliation against your ledger.
Annual Prepay: Eligible for a prorated refund only if service is canceled within 30 days of purchase.
4. Disputed Charges
If you believe you were incorrectly billed, contact support@settlebeam.ai within 15 days of the charge. We will investigate and, if valid, issue a credit or refund to your account.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel at any time.
Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing cycle; no further charges will be incurred (except success fees already attributed).
