Performance-based fees apply as outlined in your agreement.
Late or failed payments may result in service suspension.
4. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, and content are owned by Settlebeam, LLC.
You may not copy, modify, or resell our technology without permission.
5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Services are provided “as is” without warranties.
Settlebeam is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States of America.
